1. Clue
There are several period-tracking apps on the market, but none quite like Clue. What distinguishes Clue from the pack is the fact that it’s relatively discreet and not that gendered.
Once you input information about your cycle, moods and sexual activity, the app tracks your cycle and estimates your monthly visitor’s arrival. Never again do you have to wonder when it’s coming.
Sorted.
2. iBreastCheck
This app, designed by Breakthrough Breast Cancer, reminds women to perform breast checks on themselves at regular intervals and also includes video tutorials to teach you how best to check yourself out.
It’s free and it’s totally worth it.
3. InStyle Hairstyle App
The InStyle Hairstyle App allows users to try on different celebrity hairstyles. It’s both an excellent procrastination tool and useful for your next trip to the hairdresser.
4. Bad Date Rescue
On a bad Tinder date and need to get out of it? Allow Bad Date Rescue come to your, er, rescue.
You instruct the app to call you in the middle of your date and, after pretending that you need to leave to attend to some emergency, you can make your exit.
5. My Pill
This app allows you to keep on top of taking your pill by sending regular reminders of when to take it, when to order a new pack and when to schedule your next doctor’s appointment.
6. Headspace
You’ve probably heard of Headspace. People who use it, swear by it.
The app teaches you all about meditation and mindfulness techniques, and many users have said that it has done wonders for their stress and anxiety.
